We have many years' experience in producing and lodging planning applications to local authorities. We will meet with you and visit your proposed building site to discuss the range of options available within your specified budget. We will guide you on the best house design for your site taking into consideration orientation, natural sunlight, views and topography. You can choose from our library of 1000+ CAD home designs or we can provide a custom design specific to your needs. Click on our brochure below which shows some examples of our designs.

We will meet with the County Council planning department to discuss your house design to ensure your planning will obtain approval as smoothly as possible. All correspondence from the council will be dealt with by ourselves, relieving you of the stress involved. We will keep you updated throughout the process. At a minimum planning permission takes 12 weeks. It may take longer if the planning department requests further information. Click on the document below which is a guide to planning permission.
